As part of a two part series, this video was created to showcase a day in the life of a NCAA Division I Football player at Bowling Green State University on an away game day. Following Malcom Johnson Jr., you’ll get a behind the scenes look at player and coach interactions, the meals they eat, and what the schedule is like. This video’s intended use is for social media and recruitment.
In a documentary style, I interviewed current coaches and a player from the Biggby (Detroit) 16U hockey team to talk about the costs, impacts, and development that players experience as youth hockey players. This video was made as my final Intermediate Video class project.
As part of my internship position with BGSU Football, weekly videos were requested by the Director of Operations to get the players pumped up before the games. The players would watch these videos in the hotels before leaving for the stadium. The main goal was to showcase big moments and small victories in recent games and inspire the players to keep driving forward.
This was a passion project inspired by the 2023 BGSC Senior class. We wanted something that we could use promotionally, that also honored our seniors memories and favorite moments with the club. I’m fairly certain that all of the seniors had this video on their instagrams for a period of time.
This project was a promotional video for BGSU Club swim while I was their social media and gear manager. The goal was showcasing our club for BG1Day, a campus wide fundraiser that in total raises around 1 million USD each year for Club sports teams at BGSU.
This music video was made for the band Diet Smiles featuring their song, Stop Motion Sex, and for my final advanced video production assignment. The band requested a 90’s stylization for the video. The story, footage, and editing is all of my own work. I’m very proud of this project and the results.
This was a group project for my advanced video production class. The group was tasked with creating a story of our own. I was responsible for half of the storyboards and shot list, and I was our production leader during filming. For the duration of the project, I was the Producer, and was responsible for all of the project management as well. The results for this video were better than we expected, and I loved working on this project.
This video was a project for my introduction to video class. I was tasked with creating a short promotional ad for a campaign of my choice. I chose to do my campaign for Solo Stove and Airstream.
This video was a personal interview project for my introduction to video class. For this project, the task was simple: ask someone close to you about their life and document the stories they share. I chose my Mom as my subject, and doing this was a true honor because I got to hear stories from her in a way I never had before.
This video was a project for my Advanced Video Production class. I was tasked with creating a promotional video in the style of a product compare and contrast. I decided to use my daily streaming equipment as the subject matter. I enjoyed this project as well, and this was the first video I posted on my gaming YouTube channel.
